Why We Built This Site
A name search alone does not tell a reader which Clark County office controls a record. Kansas CaseSearch covers many district-court cases, but Kansas Supreme Court Rule 22 recognizes both the public portal and courthouse terminals, and some public material is available only at the terminal or from the clerk. City ordinance matters remain with municipal courts. The site explains those distinctions and the practical search fields, limits, and request routes for each source.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket references: how Clark County criminal dockets and civil dockets are found and read
- Settings: how to interpret the court schedule and verify a hearing with the clerk
- Search routes: how a docket search works by party name or case number
- Official copies: how court case records are requested from the Clark County clerk
What We Cannot Do
This privately operated reference site is not connected with any Kansas court, clerk, or government agency. As a result:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot promise that each phone number, fee, or setting remains current
An official or certified docket or case document must come from the court that holds the matter or its clerk. This site identifies the likely source but cannot issue the record.
Search Partners
Search boxes appearing on some pages are operated by outside providers under their own pricing and service terms. If a visitor purchases a service after following one of those links, this site may receive a referral fee. The provider, not this site, controls the data, fees, and search results.
